For nearly 30 years SP Fabrications (Ollerton) Ltd have been recognised throughout industry as a leading supplier of high quality medium to heavy structural steelwork, including platework and general fabrications.
Our high standards are clearly visible in all areas of activity, starting with our CAD drawing office, through to fabrication in our modern fully equipped workshops and onto our dedicated paintshop.
EXPERIENCED DRAWING OFFICE: Our experienced drawing office team use AutoCAD & StruCAD software; supplying you with the “Complete Drawing & Fabrication” package. Professional site surveys are also carried out anywhere in the UK.
QUALITY STEEL FABRICATIONS: Our coded welders & platers can produce up to 250 tonne per month – mainly medium to heavy structural steelwork, platework & general fabrications. We have overhead cranes allowing a lifting capacity of up to 28 tonne.
DEDICATED SPRAY PAINTING: Our skilled spray painting operatives provide customers with a comprehensive quality service for most specifications. As an alternative, two of the UK’s largest galvanising plants are in our area.
MECHANICAL ASSEMBLY: If required we can include a complete trial erection & mechanical fitting service – thus saving you valuable time at site and also reducing waste.
SECURE STORAGE: Upon completion, should your site not be ready to take delivery, secure short or long term storage is available.
QUALITY ASSURANCE: Our quality system will ensure full integration and compliance with your own requirements. A typical quality package will include certificates of conformity, quality plans, test certification, material certification and inspection reports.
TRANSPORT: We can arrange transport as part of our overall service.
INSTALLATION: We can also provide an option for site installation.
